1.1 Free Shipping We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.

2.1 Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.2 Order Verification To prevent fraud and ensure your security, we may need to verify your order before it is processed. This verification process may include confirming your payment information, shipping address, or other details. If additional information is needed, we will contact you directly, which may delay processing time.

3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 Delivery Time Estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.

3.2 Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the carrier’s website.

3.3 Shipping Destinations Currently, we only ship orders to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

4. Shipping Issues
4.1 Incorrect Address Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Swiftkart is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages Swiftkart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly. If you still cannot locate the package, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4.3 Damaged Items If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the carrier and arranging for a replacement or refund.

5. Changes and Cancellations
5.1 Changing Your Order If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has been processed.

5.2 Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the items following our return policy once they are delivered.
